  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Note: Custom-made items, including certain sectionals or vanity tables, may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.

Non-Refundable Items

Some products cannot be refunded, such as:

  • Items marked as "final sale" or clearance.
  • Products with signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts.
  • Mattresses and fireplaces due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship the item to the provided address using a tracked method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
